"The Innovative Mindset" Podcast and Roundtable!
Updated: Dec 11, 2020
I just finished a fantastic interview with Izolda Trakhtenberg on "The Innovative Mindset"! We discussed Reality Bites, the post-Election 2020 landscape, how media messaging widens the racial and political divide, and steps we can all take to deal with the sources of the biggest problems we face.
The episode will be available on Wednesday, December 9 on nearly every platform, including Apple podcasts, Google, Spotify, and Stitcher, Overcast.
Also, I'm planning to host my first Unplugged Roundtable on Zoom (hopefully it will become a monthly event!) on Friday, December 11 @ 5:30 MST/7:30 EST. I'm inviting my subscribers to join me in a spirited discussion about current events and how we can "unplug" and challenge the dominant narrative. This will be an opportunity for open-minded people of all political stripes to take time out, rise above the political fray, and discuss the "bigger picture." It will be a forum for Democrats, Republicans, independents, and even people who no longer vote to discuss issues honestly and without judgment -- because I suspect that no matter who we are, when we get together we'll discover we have more in common than we think :-)
I'd love to hear from you and get your suggestions for future topics, but I'd like to start the first roundtable with a subject Izolda and I focus on in"The Innovative Mindset": why we pretend to live in a country we don't really live in, and what we can do to stop pretending.
If you're interested in attending the Unplugged Roundtable on December 11, please email me: firstname.lastname@example.org
I hope you get a chance to listen to the podcast next week and hope to see you at the Roundtable!!
